When the ball is fed to the post, a diver cuts to the opposite block.

The diver can be designated player, or can come from a designated spot, or can be random.

Fill the diagonal pass spacing spot (opposite wide wing from ball), Fill the ball side deep elbow spacing spot, and fill the crack back (ball side wide wing spacing spot) to give the ball an outlet pass.

A second option to replace the diver would be to have a 3 point shooter drift to the deep corner on the opposite side from the ball.
