#1 enters the ball to #4, and receives a flare screen from #5.
#3 cuts to the block on the pass to #4 and #1 runs a flare cut to the
wing away from the ball.
After setting the screen, #5 will step out and fill the spot opposite #4.
#4 passes to #5 and #5 quickly moves the ball on to #1 on the wing.
On the pass from #5 to #1, #3 sets a back screen for #4 and #4 will run
a shuffle cut to the rim.
If #4 is open, he should get the ball.
#5 after making the pass will pause and then set a down screen for #3.
#3 will use the screen to free himself at the point.
If #3 receives the ball and does not have a shot opportunity, he will
swing the ball to #2, and then screen down for the back side post, #4.
#1 rotates out to the ball side guard spot, and #4 fills the ball side high
post.
The players are now set and ready to run the "hi-low" action.
