Items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable (unless damaged or defective). Damaged or defective items may be returned to us for replacement
only. Damaged or defective items must be reported immediately and returned to us within 5 business days.

All damaged or defective returns must include an invoice number in order for us to process your replacement. We cannot exchange VHS for DVDs.
