Carlos Boozer Post Moves

In this video, Carlos not only shows some post moves, but also some techniques to use to establish position in the low post. We hope that you get some ideas from this video. Our feeling is that you should develop a main move on each side of the floor and a counter to that move in case the defense takes that away from you. We don't feel that you have to use the same move on both sides of the floor, but should find the moves that you can score with and get fouled with on each side of the basket.
