This is a video demonstration of the exercise that Eddie Enriquez described in our first teleseminar. The objective of the drill if done properly and over time is to add inches to the vertical leap of a basketball player. The My Trainer site that Eddie has started has many basketball training videos (including eight videos from the Coaching Toolbox!) from trainers around the world. Once you go to the site, select the videos tab at the top, then on the right side under browse videos, selecting "Video Categories," then sports training, and finally "basketball."
If you are a player, make sure that you have consulted with your coach, have been cleared by a physical examination from a physician, and have proper supervison from an adult before performing any type of physical training. |
